There will be advantages when you can cook with gas. It is very convenient and simple because you just need to setup your food, grill evenly on both sides for a certain amount of time and of course, the exact flavor and seasons for the food, maybe meat, beef or fish slices. It would take a little bit longer to wait for the grill to get enough heat, but it’s worthy using gas grill to prepare the food because of its attraction that no one can resist.

Who can resist a campfire at night and many things around it: dancing, ghost stories, singing and of course food! You can cook many cool dishes with campfire.
Fire from fire pit can be used in many ways. Use can use the heat from center of the fire to boil or fry something with a pan or a pot. However, the food within the fire have to be taken care of regularly, just some minutes out of sight, your delicious meal could turn into a completely disaster.
Some of your friends will like snacks prepared by the fire such as marshmallows, fruits with meat in a long stick, or something else that you can put on fire that you don’t have to put your hand into. The cooking method you choose to cook food while you are out of the kitchen will decide what you need to do with all the raw materials. If you just want to cook simply from your backyard, just pick up the grilling method, while camping fire need more kitchen equipment and maybe some support tools like gas burner.
However, if you want you food to be fresh and tasty, try not to use grilling with gas or charcoal. The flavor that comes from gas, wood or coal will taint the food’s smell, but sometimes it would be better to do that.
